WHAT IS IT?

This group is an intimate 3 MONTH live coaching program that starts end of May!

I created this program for women who are interested in deepening their intuition, feeling more connected to their body, and experiencing connections with other like minded women.

I personally took many programs searching for information to heal me and expand me. Looking back the information didn’t really matter. It was the safe space, deep connection to my intuition, and embodiment practices that really helped me grow.

This will not be a teaching/information based program. Think of it more like an immersive experience to get to know yourself, connect to others, and step into your purpose.

In this three month container you will…

EXPERIENCE AWARENESS

We cannot heal or change things we aren’t aware of. So the first month will be about getting to know ourselves and using each other to deepen that experience. What do we believe, what parts of us need integration, what is in our energy field, what do we desire? This month we will question, explore, and bring parts of us to the light that have been holding us back.

EXPAND YOUR ENERGY

We will learn how to bring more light into our fields, step into our power, become more magnetic, manifest, heal, shift, and be a bright light in this world. This second month will be about believing in yourself, your worth, and trusting your abilities. We will learn how to manifest and attract with our energy and intuition. We will play games to work on strengthening your intuition even more.

EMBODY AND INTEGRATE

Month three will be about how to actually live it instead of leaving another training feeling like you are the same person with more information. I want you to walk away already experiencing different sensations in your body and external experiences. This final month we will be taking massive aligned action to create actual change in your life.

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT’S FOR ME?

Notice how your body responds. How do you feel when you say this statement?

Then visualize yourself walking down 2 different paths.
One where you say yes and one where you say no.
As you visualize your life playing out like a movie…what do you notice? Is there sensations in the body? Is there a difference in the way the paths make you feel?

This is a great exercise to see if you can use your intuition and heart to make a decision instead of using your logical mind and the fear you have been programed to believe.
